About Nana
I help clients train without pain, teaching the body how to use its muscles correctly. Whether you’re taking your first honest step into fitness or you already train seriously, my goal is the same: to make you stronger, healthier, and more confident in how you move.
My path began in Tokyo, shaped by more than 25 years of classical ballet — a foundation that still informs every cue I give. I moved to Auckland to keep learning, competing, and coaching. Today I work with women who want to tone rather than bulk, men rebuilding strength or mobility, and beginners who simply want to feel at home in a gym.
Sessions are calm, precise, and tailored. Coaching is available in English and Japanese — 英語も日本語もOK.
